Hania - Archaeological Museum

A combination of ancient exhibits in a Venetian environment.

The Venetian church of St Francesco is the house of the Archaeological Museum of Hania. The exhibits, most of which were excavated from the greater Hania area, date from the Neolithic, the Minoan and up to the late Roman period sorted by each period. Among other findings, there are also Minoan vases and weapons, mosaics, Hellenistic statues and figurines.
